I love this thread, it was such a great idea. I felt so lost as far as any kind of inspiration for my hair but after viewing this thread I have so many ideas. Also if anyone has any pics of updos w/ micro braids please post (esp if wet and wavy micro braids were used). Thanks again.

Here are some of the pictures that I have collected so far. I'll post pictures of myself once I go for a trial. Still debating about a tiara or just having hair jewelry...also not sure about a veil but probably will opt to not have one!

Thanks so much for this thread, I was just thinking "What am I going to do about wedding hair and makeup?" I am a fairly simple person I was thinking a side bun look with a large flower....but the ideas and pictures in this thread have me rethinking my decision.

Okay so I am really jealous of you brunettes with brown eyes Especially when it comes to the makeup ideas! I'm a pretty fair (I will be a little more tan on my wedding day) with blonde hair and blue eyes and I'm having a really hard time finding makeup ideas that are natural, but will make my eyes pop. Any ideas? Thanks!

Great thread, thanks ladies, I with some of the girls who are considering putting their hair up as more of a just in case rather than finding that to be the optimum look, I have long hair that is very thin, enough of it, but it wont hold a curl and I can just see myself playing with it within 30 min of it being done - do you ladies remember way back the Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt wedding photos, how she had it curled and just pinned the veil always though that is what I would do - years later I am looking at low bun updos with flowers and no veil
