i'm thinking about just a simple bun..i'm worried about curls not staying

I have straight very long fine hair (including a photo) so you can see. I have a very low backed dress and would like to wear my hair up - here are some of my favorites- which do you think would look best ?? (you can refer by letter if that's easier : ) )

I know exactly what you mean. I want a similar hairstyle and Im scared it wont hold. UGH.
