Wow!!! I'm so happy for you! :)

 

I haven't really been counting points, but have been trying to eat more protein and workout and eat less...maybe I should count points while eating more protein and working out...

 

I just think that is so great you are down so much! It is always so much easier to stay on track when you see results!

Seriously if you want to drop weight, you should try this. I did not think I was going to lose any weight this past week because I ate like crap (McDonalds fries, pizza, Mac n Cheese) But I did it within my points and still lost. Give it a try, I find it so easy. Saturdays are my cheat days and I don't keep track on Saturdays :)
