I think I'll just do that also. I figure, I'll stop by the lobby each day and give the oot bags to the staff, for the guests who are coming in that day. That way they will receive it upon arrival.

We handed out our welcome bags already...we gave out mugs and mics items as well...we thought that it would be better to give people the mugs before we left so that they would not bring one to Jamacia themselves (and have to bring home 2 cups instead of 1).
