Shuttle service from airport to ROR?

What is the safest way to get to the Riu Ocho Rios from the Montego Bay airport? Is there a shuttle company at the airport? Are we supposed to book transportation before we leave? We're not going through a travel agent so I'm on my own to book this. TIA!

We used Jamaica tours for our transfers. They are not private like lee's is so they may be a bit less.
