Welcome letter idea??

Thanks guys for sharing!! I def want to use a lot of the above ideas. One thing I was thinking, though, with info like weather, currency, passport stuff...would it be nice to include in some sort of letter prior to leaving (I think it would be useful information for some people, and some of it will help get people more excited about the trip!) instead of that sort of stuff in a welcome letter on arrival to DW?

This has given me many great ideas. Now to decide how to lay mine out!!
