When you place your order, you check the box for the artwork proof if I remember correctly.

They won't send a proof unless you order. (or in my case they didn't send it even with my order).

I paid $261 for these and I do think I deserve a proof. Especially since I have been in contact with them.

Which mug style did you order? (I'm sorry... I'm at work and can't see the pictures.) What model number is it?

 

When i ordered I had to specifically TYPE IN that I wanted a proof. I did it in the comments section. There wasn't a check box when I checked out sad.gif.

I have copies of all my "Ticket" requests ... inquiring about the proof and on 1/2/2008 I received a response that they were still working on the artwork and had to make the date larger. The UPS tracking shows they were mailed on 1/3/2008. hhmmm...

 

Anyway, I just sent them copies of everything they request if you are unsatisfied, so hopefully we can get this resolved.
