Passport covers aren't as inexpensive as you would think.

 

If you are OK spending more than $5 a person, you can get them in bulk at COVERMECRAZY.COM (it's an eBay store).

 

An alternative to the Travel Mugs with that many guests could be koozies w/ your logo. Are you having an AHR? Then you can get a better price and also have the koozies as your AHR favors.

yea.. koozies might be fun and more affordable.. no AHR this is my 2nd and we are trying to make it as fun and easy as possible...

what about a beach bag, like an OOT bag, but you don't have to fill it with stuff. what kind of $$ are you looking to pay per guest?

There are tons of places to get the beach balls done - just google "custom printed beach balls" or "personalized beach balls" and you get about a zillion hits.

 

I'm not sure where we're getting ours at this point - motivators.com has lots of color choices, throwthings.com is cheaper. The hardest part has been finding someone who will do them in smaller lot sizes. I've yet to find anyone to do them in lots less than 50 most want a minimum of 100.
