I wonder how it would be with vodka? I really only like captain morgans for rum, I'm not a bacardi fan at all, and that was all they had in mexico I really love captain and DC, one of my fave drinks!

 

I really want to try that buzz aldren drink it sounds fantastic! Anyone try it yet, I love tang!

One whole lime! More if you're feeling adventurous My mom makes them with one and a half limes I think. They're usually made with rum but still taste great with vodka (mmm Absolut).

 

I haven't had Tang in YEARS...I now have an excuse to buy some

I do a similar drink. It's amazing what you can come up with digging thru the liquor cabinet!

 

I add rum, ginger ale, some Rose's Lime Juice and garnish with fresh lime. It's nice and refreshing with the bubbles from the ginger ale.

Your new drink sounds great! I love lime - but didn't like the mint so much in the mojito.... or maybe the few I have tried were not sweet enough.... But, didn't really like them. Gonna have to try your drink....But we have to name it....

Had a new year's brunch with friends - she mixed passion fruit juice and vodka, shook it and served martini-style. YUMMY. Sweet, tart and totally fab. A few people combined the passion fruit juice with champagne and raved about that too. I've just got to figure out where to find the passion fruit juice!
