I believe we first stayed there in June of '05. I think it might've even still had some construction going on. We originally booked at the sister hotel right next door and they bumped us up. We went back in August of '06. Again, we booked at another hotel but we hated that one (it was in Cancun) and they gave us an upgrade for $200 TOTAL for all of our nights + free transportation. I immediately jumped on that one.

That was FI's first time in Mexico and what made us realize we wanted to have a DW when the time came (we weren't engaged yet). I can't wait to go back one day...
