words to tell your guest to wear white dress/shirts

How can I tell guests to dress in white for my wedding.

 

I want some words for the website, STDs and invitations, any ideas?

I asked Raina that same question...and I did use her wording and changed slightly....I wrote:

 

"Chic spring attire in shades of white, cream or khaki requested". I just got my invitations today and I am super happy with them. I will take pictures sometime this weekend and post them.

Another short & sweet way to word your request is simply "white beach chic attire requested."

 

Most people will know ivory, cream, khaki, etc. will be OK!

On one of my invitation inserts I am saying "Please consider wearing dressy beach attire in shades of aqua blue and white."
