What to do after early wedding / Riu Ocho Rios

Our wedding is in the morning at 11am and I have no idea what to do. Plus I have relatives who are coming from Jamaica that can not stay until 6:00 for the dinner reception. Any ideas? I was thinking of having hors d'oeuvres @ $10 / person but I dont know how filling that is. Getting a little frustrated.

I'm thinking about the hors d'oeuvres too for my Riu Negril wedding, and I also would like to know if they are worth the $10 or $12 per person......hum....maybe somebody on here has done it??
