We are packing everything as compact possible and my Mom and some BM's will help me put them together once we get there. We have people arriving on 4 different nights, so we'll be meeting (informally) at a bar each night to hand them out to the new arrivals.

I'm doing a bag for each couple (with a mug per person in each bag). Single's who are sharing a room will get their own bag and kids will get their own special bag.

Mo thanks for the tips on rum and coffee. We weren't sure if we should buy rum near the airport or in Negril. $5 each doesn't seem too hateful, so I think we'll try to find it in MoBay. After seeing the prices for coffee, I think we'll probably skip that one though... its awesome coffee, but that's definitely out of our price range!
