Parasols vs. Bouquets

Recommended Posts

Did anyone have parasols instead of bouquets? I've seen pics with the bridesmaids using both, but none of just parasols. I just got a quote from the RIU for the bouquets I want and they are $174 each! And I need 9 of them!!! So, to save me a TON of money, I'm thinking of nixing the flowers. If anyone did do this, how did your BMs feel about walking down the aisle holding parasols?

They do look great! Now I remember seeing them before (I thought I was going crazy when I couldn't find anyone's pics). Thanks!

I think I'm making these with different shells. It is called a kissing ball and it symbolizes eternal love. You use hot glue and a styrofoam ball. (If you're going to do it make sure you put the ribbon around the ball before you glue the shells.)

If you like the look, but want more of a bouquet then you can do this.
