Las Caletas Brides ~ Post HERE! (THREAD CLOSED)

Recommended Posts

Andi your photos look great. We were married at Las Caletas about three weeks ago and I already want to go back! I will be doing a review in the next few days and I'm hoping to show you all some unprofessional shots of the wedding. It was so beautiful and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Hello,

For those that have chosen Las Caletas as your wedding location...can you actually have a legal ceremony there? I was reading on a website that specializes in weddings there that you canâ€t actually legal get married there since it belongs to a different municipality. They stated that you would have to take care of that before you leave for Las Caletas…usually the morning of your ceremony. And then I read on another website that you can get legally married there. Which one is true? So can only have a ceremony with a minister? Iâ€m confused! Please help me!

Hello Las Caletas brides!! I was hoping some of you out there could help me.... I was wondering about the other guests that were in Las Caletas for the shows and day tours. Did you ever see any of them during your ceremony/reception?? I would like my event to be as private as possible!!

I am hoping to do the Paradise Package, but I am also looking at the Barefoot Package...has anyone out there done that one? Again, just concerned about the privacy with that package.

THANKS!!

you will NEVER see anyone else...ok well maybe you will see them but your event will be private. where the weddings are is on the far end of LC...when tourists arrive for the rythms of the night tour they eat dinner and see the show at a completley different area.

You can see people eating at tables by the ocean from a distance but they are nowhere near the wedding group. actually practically none of my guests even realized that other people where there...I mentioned something about it later (something about tourists there for the night show) and my mom was like "wait they were there when we were" so most are oblivious to it all.

However right at the end of our ceremony I noticed the boat arriving with people for the rythms tour...no biggie though....I just saw it. I think I was the only one that even noticed. and actually it provided for some good pics. there is one pro pic that we have of the boat in the background. i can post it later i dont have it at work

long story short...LC is PRIVATE! that was one thing that was a big deal for us. you see a lot of DW resort weddings with Joe Sunbather in the background...you def. DO NOT have that at LC!
