I didn't upgrade or add to the bar options - but I know you can. I think there's a list of what is provided on the Adventure Weddings website, but I'm not sure, and not sure it shows the brand, if that's important to you.

 

Would you be going over early to Las Caletas that morning? I know they give the bride and her guests first dibs at the spa if you're interested - we didn't sign up for anything, but we were asked after we got on the boat. They ask all of the guests on the boat/day cruise at that time, but Nicole makes sure the bride and her group get first chance.

 

We gave the DJ a few CDs that we made with music we like - but we also said he can play what he wants. He did a mix of both. You can definitely tell him to only play off of your CD if you want to, or maybe just give him a "do not play" list - many couples do that.

unfortunately I am not sure Marisa logs on here anymore. but i THINK this is her welcome letter - I had it saved on my computer. i don't see a map though.

man, i went to the website to go look - and they changed the name of their packages! so i'm not sure ... but i don't think so.

Like minimum amount of people? I don't think so. Nicole told me that they recommend the deluxe package for everyone. I was concerned we wouldn't have a lot of people and she said whether I have 7, 12 or 20 people she recommends the deluxe.

I did notice they changed their packages. I didn't really notice a difference between 2 of them, but I didn't look too closely. I'm already booked.

We didn't tell anyone about the fire dancers either...heck, we didn't tell anyone about Las Caletas - the entire day was a surprise for all of our guests! It was SO much fun keeping the secret from everyone! The only ones who knew were Ed and I and my parents and his parents!

 

Good choice keeping the fire dancers as a surprise!

Lindsay, I love that you kept Caletas a secret! When I read that you had done that I decided to try as well...but I have not been very successful. Our guests know we are taking a 45 minute boat ride to the wedding, and that it will take place on the beach. I keep letting other things slip (Jason is way better at keeping mum than I am), but I've managed to keep the name under wraps! Did you enclose info on PV in your OOT bags? I was thinking Adventure Vallarta information would be perfect because they're such an amazing company, but I'm afraid people will clue in to the Caletas thing on the brochure...

Question for Ann...I was looking at those pics you have received maybe from Nicole or another bride? Anyway it shows the seating area. You have 3 pics to it. Can you tell me is that where you had your dinner? The upper level and lower level? is that used for the seating of dinner? TYAT
