I told him that the "girls" already got that one, but you'd appreciate his help, too. Since we're getting married at EDR, too, we might use a letter like that. Do you have a template that I could use to create one of our own?
Ditto this!!! Can we steal your template, Bre? :)

Better yet- it means we don't have to pay the hotel $3 a bag to deliver them whenever they feel like it! Plus, it's a great way to make sure we see people the day they arrive. :) And, I'm giving pashminas to all the ladies and will let them chose from 3 different colors.

Here is the template. It is in pages which is an Apple design program (similar to publisher) so I"m not sure how helpful it will be to PC users. I had to delete one photo to make it small enough to post but I'm pretty sure you don't need a photo of us ;-)

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Do you know if the hotel will let us hand deliver the bags? I like your idea of giving the bags out during the HH, but my fiance wants to put them in their rooms, instead. I could go either way, but I do NOT want the hotel to deliver them and charge us $3.00/bag!

I'm don't see why you couldn't deliver them to each room but you would need the list of room numbers. The resort if huge too so it could be a pain to lug the all around. What would you do if people aren't in their room? I personally wouldn't leave it on the door.

I read in a review ( I think it was KiteSurfBride) that the bags they had the hotel deliver were not always delivered on the day people arrived. Some didn't get theirs until the day before they were supposed to leave and the bags for the BMs with nice gifts were "lost" for a couple of days. I just wouldn't take my chances, plus I don't mind slurping back a few martinis if it saves me a few bucks!

Bre -

I love, love, love your letter ---- GREAT JOB!

And great catch on the typo all!

I was wondering if I PM you my email - would you mind resending the template ... for some reason I can't open it on my Mac and my PC notebook WILL open it, but it doesn't have a program to read the files ...

Thanks for sharing! Again - great job!

Bre, this looks great. I only have two other edits you should make (sorry, I'm a magazine editor in real life, I'm so picky)--

on pg 2, in the 3-1-1 section, under the second 1, it says: "All liquids, gels and aerosols must be placed in a single, quart-size, ziptop, clear plastic bag. Gallon size bags or bags that are not zip-top such as fold-over sandwich bags are

not allowed."

IT SHOULD READ:

All liquids, gels and aerosols must be placed in a single, quart-sized zip-top clear plastic bag. Gallon-sized bags or bags that are not zip-top, such as fold-over sandwich bags, are not allowed.

under the third 1, it says: "Each traveler can use only one, quart size, zip-top, clear bags. It must remove their quart -sized plastic, zip-top bag from their carry-on and place it in a bin or on the conveyor belt for X-ray screening."

IT SHOULD READ:

Each traveler may use only one quart-sized zip-top clear plastic bag. The bag must be removed from the carry-on luggage and placed in a bin or on the conveyor belt for X-ray screening.

You don't need all the commas in there :) Otherwise--it looks fantastic. Love your wedding logo, who did it for you?

I also have a mac and can't open the attachment, can I PM you my email so you can send it as an attachment?
