welcome4.gif to the forum! My suggestion would be based on how many people you are planning on having, your budget/guests' budget and what type of resort.

 

With that said, my first choice would be USVI, however, they don't have a lot of all-inclusive resorts to choose from.

 

For Florida, maybe you can try to research Key West & Destin.

I agree with the other girls --- for staying in the US, Hawaii would be my first recommendation! Key West is also nice, in fact, most beaches on the Gulf of Mexico have that white-sugar sand. I'm sure you'll find lots of planning help here!
