Terri --- I agree - you should definitely consider Cabo. When I first started researching it, I believe that you can definitely get a horse drawn carriage at Pueblo Bonito. They have a chapel on-site. I don't know much about the resort itself and I haven't stayed there ... but I just remember the horse drawn carriage thing ... here's a link: http://http://www.pueblobonitosunsetbeach.com/photo.php

 

I'm getting married at El Encanto Inn in San Jose del Cabo. They have a small chapel called Capilla Josefina. The owner is checking on a horse-drawn carriage for us to depart in after the reception. I will try to remember to let you know once I find out. Apparently, it can be pretty expensive because the stables are some distance from San Jose --- so I'll let you know when I hear back!
