Hi there! In my opinion there is no excuse for any coordinator to not get back to you in a reasonable amount of time, even here in STT!!!!

MichelleK, fill me in! Did they give you someone private to help you with this?

Since I work with villas, I do provisioning occationally and might be able to help, not sure! PM me if you like.

I know a coordinator who works at the Marriot as well!

I'm so excited! It's still 2 years away, but 10 of the 12 rooms I reserved for our cruise have had deposits put down. I haven't even sent out any formal STD's or invites. Haha...maybe I can just skip them altogether?! j/k

Yes, I've been there a few times, so it definitely makes it easier for me to imagine and plan. FI's parents have lived there for 9 years and his dad works for AH Riise, so we're exploiting any and all connections they have there! I'm hoping for a smaller group, but FI's family is rather large...
