Heidi actually made the "Welcome to Jamaica" design for me because I had no clue. I printed that part out on cream-colored cardstock. Then I bought all different pink/green colored paper from AC Moore to paste the design on.. I'm lucky because my sister is a teacher. She took all of it to school and used a die cutter to cut the different sized circles. I'm sure you can buy one at a craft store though. After I glued the 2 circles together, my sister brought them back to school and laminated them.

No, not really. I spaced it out over a few weeks, but in total probably 2-3 hours, with the die cutting, pasting and laminating.
