Passport covers & Luggage Tags at Express

I already have a passport cover (thank you, Jen!) and luggage tag, but wanted to tell you all about the cute ones I saw tonight at Express. They had either red or black and they were $10 for the passport cover and $15 for the luggage tag. I just had to buy a passport cover because it was too good to pass up (I'll probably give it to my mom). Here are some pics of it:

Seems like $9-$15 is ghe average price for the passport covers (less expensive ones). Anyone found any nice ones cheaper than that? I wanted to get a bunch for guests ... but so far the prices are too high to buy as many as I need.
