My FSIL has a cookie exchange every year.

We end up with 12 dozen cookies each and we donate another 12 dozen to the local shelter.

I have one TOMORROW and still have to bake.... actually it's a cookie & beer party. The ladies bring a dozen cookies and the guys bring a 6-pack. Fun times...

I have a party in a week & a half & am looking for an easy recipe. Our annual Christmas party is the night before this cookie exchange, so I'll be crazy getting our place ready, so I need a good, easy to store recipe. I usually make my famous peanut butter rice krispie treats, but I just don't feel up to making 6 dozen this year.

 

If any ladies have a good idea I am open to suggestions.
