Gran Bahia Principe Roll Call

Recommended Posts

In the ICU, we only have 2 patient assignments. And sometimes one of them will be so sick and unstable that we have to rely on the other nurses to help out with the other patient. On the floor they usually have 5-6 patients. Their patients can usually do some things for themselves which helps, but they can be pretty busy too. My mom is an OR nurse.

Thanks for bumping the thread. Now the newbies who are GBP brides can see who we all are.

Congratulations! I think we chose a great resort! It gets tons of good reviews on trip advisor. I can't wait to be there. But I guess I'll have to.

I would like to have the site maybe at the palapas. I had seen earlier pictures where they had a rustic non-arched thing but I haven't seen that for awhile. I guess I'll have to figure that out when I get there. My only concern is how much wind will I have to deal with.

I want to have my reception (semi-private) at Le Gourmet. I have heard that it is the best restaurant. Hopefully the food isn't too fancy. I guess I will have to pick from a set menu since I will have around 45 people.

How bout you?

I'm a bit worried about the wind too....The last time I went to Cancun it was so windy that the beach was red flagged every day! (Actually it was pretty freaky someone actually drowned while we were there and we were watching lifeguards do CPR on the beach...Yikes...)....Anyways...I haven't fully decided yet...beach or gazebo...Dinner will be in one of the restaurants and I was thinking about doing a cocktail reception by the pool for 2 hours, its pretty pricey though...there are so many things to organize...They won't even confirm my date yet and i already sent out the STD's... You have 45 ppl going!! That is amazing!

Yeah, Carrie can have her reception at the Le Gourmet. It all depends on the resort that you are staying at. Which, stinks... but makes sense. You MUST eat at the place that you stay.

Here are the options:

Tulum- Tequila (Mexican), La Gran Tortuga (Grill)

Akumal –Dolce Vita (italian), Frutos del Mar (fisherie)

Coba – Le Gourmet (gourmet), Mediterráneo (mediterranean food), Pescador (fisherie), El Charro (Mexican)
