I have a recommendation that's right in town but I'm very partial since we had our welcome diner there...lol It's called Barcelona Tapas. Gorgeous views of the city, food and sangria are out of this world, and the owner (who is from Chicago) makes planning a breeze.

Food is served family style so it's a great set-up for a meet and greet dinner. There are a few open-air levels, our dinner was on the 3rd floor. It was among the most memorable times guests had in PV. I have pics from my WD if you are interested. P.S., they also own Agave Grill in PV that I hear is excellent.
