Oh yeah, thats gross . I just saw a special on this on Dateline I think this past weekend. They showed the maid scrubbing the toliet and using the same glove to rinse the glass. And this was at top-rated hotels! I think I'll stick to either the plastic cups or my own.

so grossed out right now....I will never ever use the glasses at hotels ever, no matter how nice and how many stars a hotel has... YUCK!

That's pretty nasty. I'm trying to think back to when I worked in a hotel (at front desk), I'm not sure what they did... but I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same thing.

 

My manager at that same hotel told me she always brought her own bedsheets when she went to hotels; I think that's gotta tell you something when management doesn't trust the cleanliness!
