Buenos dias! - Looking for Riviera Maya destination

Hello!

 

My name is Cynthia and my fiance and I are looking to have our wedding in Mexico in July. The best time for us is July and we're thinking the Riviera Maya (we'd also consider Cozumel & Isla Mujeres) but we're having a hard time deciding on a property. Too many options!! We're open to all-inclusives as well as traditional/europeon style.

 

Here are some hotels we're looking at:

 

- Secrets Capri

- El Dorado Royale

- Riu Palace (Mexico or Riviera Maya)

- Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso

- Azul Beach Hotel

- Ritz Cancun

 

Any insight to any of these and/or another option we should look at, I'd really appreciate it. We'll probably have around 50 guests.

Welcome to the forum! So much great info here! I choose Azul Beach becuase it is a smaller more intimate resort (only 98 rooms), and great beachfront property that allows children but doesn't usually have a ton of kids running around.

oh i almost forgot - just fyi, as of a few months ago i was told isla mujeres still had not fully recovered from hurricane wilma (according to a few friends who travelled there)...not sure what's happened since then though
