Small flip flop OOT or gift bags

Hi guys,

They are small gift bags, which is why I decided not to use them (I bought too much stuff for the OOT bags!). But they would be really cute for those of you doing small OOT bags or just a small gift for your guests/bridal party.

How small are they? I see it says 8 1/2 " but would a travel mug fit in them (it's okay if it sticks out the top). How much are you asking? I'd probably need close to all 50.
