Hi girls! I am planning to get married 10/4/08 or somewhere around that time. I have not narrowed down a destination yet... and any ideas will be welcome. We are on a fairly tight budget, so I guess I am looking to get the best deal for my money (aren't we all)! What do you all think about the carribean vs. cancun/riveiera? Some locations in the US would be great as well so more family would be likely to come, but I am having trouble finding the "all-inclusive" packages here. Any thoughts?

first off, congradulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and

 

if you are on a tight budge, i would def look into mexico before the carribean. you'll find great all inclusive resorts that are very affordable. take a look at some of the mexico forums, and you'll get great ideas! what kind of things are you looking for in a wedding destination, that may help you narrow down your search! ask all the questions you can think of here, the girls are wonderful at responding!!

Congrats and welcome! Some things to think about, like what is required at the destinations... some are easier to get married at than others. For instance... I hate needles, so Mexico was out of the question for me as you have to get a blood test there. Some places require longer stays before you can get married. Also, talk to a TA, they have been to a lot of different places and can help you find a beautiful place, and one within your budget. Hope that helps!

to the forum! I'm getting married in Jamaica and it's very affordable. I don't know of any all inclusives in the US, but there may be some. Take a look around the forum, I'm sure you'll find tons of ideas.
