im thinking of the song "my best friend" by tim mcgraw

 

my FI hates country songs but this one i had him listen to and the words are so perfect! we were both so down and lonely and were good friends for a while and then realised we both liked each other and had been right in front of each others faces for three years lol....so i think ive convinced him on this song
