I just wanted to cut down on my stress level, so I don't mind the enxpense of a WC.
I completely agree! I'm working with Beth Dalton at WIP and I have loved her. I've never been to Cabo and don't have time to go on a site visit. Therefore, I needed someone to give me ideas, etc. Beth was recommended by friends who used her last year. I'm also finishing my last year of school, working, and I'm a single mom - so I also wanted planning to be as stress-free as possible. It has been really nice to have one person to talk to, one person to give money to, etc. It just depends on what you're looking for! Good luck!

How much hassle is it to reserve a minister/officiant and get the lab and paperwork done?
Maye charges $975 if you do a civil ceremony in Cabo and $675 if you just do a symbolic ceremony. I'm doing a symbolic ceremony, so i'm not sure what the legalities are if you are legally getting married in Mexico.
Her flat rate is for her services (day of coordinator, organizer...), but she charges you extra is you need decorations, vendors...
