When to send thank you notes for EARLY gifts

I would def. send them out sooner rather than later. That way, there can be no hurt feelings or wondering if the gift even made it. And - on the plus side, it's one less thatnk-you to send down the road!

i have to say that we were bad at this but are redeeming ourselves with xmas/thank you cards.... I get them tomorrow and will be sending them out immediately....I am writing a nice Thank you note on the back of the pic card for those who sent us a gift....and just sending the card to others ....will post pics when I get them tomorrow
