Jessalyn wore this...and I tried it on...I love it but my friend wore it in her wedding a month ago...so I didn't want to get the same one...

 

I personally wasn't wearing it on the beach...but it wasn't any hotter or thicker than any other dress i was tryng on....

Definately find it in a store and try it on. My daughter tried this on and it didn't suit her at all! Even though it was her first choice we sneaked taking a picture of her in it and sent it to her to show her how unflattering it was on her.

I wouldn't think it would be any hotter than anything else. How did you hear it has 4 layers? It looks like just a regular thickness taffeta.....I agree, find it if you can and try it on. I know you wouldn't want to be too hot and sweaty, especially with pics being taken.

Jessalyn had that dress. If you do a search for slideshows by Jonathan Thrasher you can see a ton of shots. I don't think she complained of being hot in the dress and she got marrried in late June.. It's a very pretty dress

This is gorgeous. I think you will be too wrapped up in your day to notice how hot the dress is, at least thats what I kept getting told when I went dress shopping. If you love it get it.
