Asian Bridal Makeup (Monolids)

Anyone have suggestions for bridal makeup artists in Cancun that have experience with Asian features, particularly monolids? Since my experience is that monolids are trickier to work with compared to double lidded Asian eyes and mine folds inwards making any eyeliner hardly visible unless I draw a super thick line on. I realize my request is quite specific so any experience with Asian features at all in general is also welcomed. Bonus points if they are also affordable.
