Welcome to the forum. I personally would be irritated that no one would communicate until you are "locked" in. After all, how are they suppose to book customers if they aren't cooperating or being helpful in the beginning. I had this same problem with a resort, and I refused to have the wedding there.

 

With that being said, there are SO many girls here that can help you. There has to be a couple getting married there or that were already married there. I'm sure they will offer you some comforting advise. Good luck!

I think they confirmed my date for April 9th. They sent me a form to fill out but I had some questions about it before I sent it out, but they never responded to my questions. My travel agent is gently nudging Yuritzia to email me, so I'm being patient, as best I can.
