Hi there

I'm getting married in April at the Gran Bahia Principe Akumal. I'm a bit nervous as the coordinator has not been in touch but from what I've read they don't contact you until you're locked in (in other words they've got your money). Anyone know anything about this resort?

to the forum Steph. You will find lots of great information here. I do not know anything about your resort, but I do know when I was looking some WC's would talk to me before I booked and some would not. I think it depends on the resort.

I love the pic, was contemplating whether to do something similar or ebay my dress, haven't decided but your pic is making me want to take a splash

You can totally do both. I did TTD and I am going to sell my dress. Its in perfect condition still and its lace. I just need to go and get it cleaned and then I am going to try to sell it.

Now, about the coordinators... yeah, it's frustrating! You just have to remember that they do this every day. They are pros.

 

Also, you don't pay anything until you arrive in Mexico. Did they not confirm your date? Who did you e-mail?
