Previous Moon Palace Brides - Reception Lighting Help Needed!

Hi everyone

 

We've just booked our wedding at moon palace for 4th October 2018 (at the bagambilias gazebo then terrace for he reception). I'm super excited and can't wait to get stuck into the planning stage, however I'm slightly panicked when looking at the Zuniga brochure as our budget for decor is quite small.

 

Our planner has told us they are only using Zuniga at the moment, no alternatives and I was wondering if anyone whose had a reception on one of the terraces can give me some advice as to how much lighting is required?

 

Our reception is planned for 4-9 and will be for anything between 25 and 40 people depending who can ultimately commit to coming. We want paper lanterns ideally but the cost of the bigger structures is huge. How many lanterns would you recommend we need for sufficient light for the reception and photos? And does anyone have any photos of their reception set up they wouldn't mind sharing with me?
