Moon Palace - June/july - Any Tips/ideas?

Hi,

 

Planning a wedding at MP in June/July of 2017, wondering if there are any tips/tricks to dealing with them?  The resort is awesome, people are excited to go there but I read that the WC can be slow to work with.  Wondering if someone has a list of approved outside vendors that are more reasonably priced then the recommended ones!
