Anyone doing puerto plata? I've seen iberostar costa dorada, but nothing much else?

There are a few options if you are looking for wedding ideas in Puerto Plata.  Most resorts offer some sort of wedding packages.  Often I have found you have to rifle through their website for sometime to get to the wedding information.

 

You can contact a travel agent to help you as well, as a good one should know of some of the best resorts.

 

If you want something different and more unique and specific to you, look at hiring a local wedding planner.  They have feet on the ground and can get you some really great deals and that little something different.
