January 2017 Wedding!

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone! I'm new here but have read many many posts about Cabo weddings! I'm currently planning a wedding for Cabo Del Sol with Yarai from Memories! I wanted to find out experiences from other about rehearsal dinners and after wedding day breakfast etc. My fiancé and I originally did not think about this aspect of the wedding but now that we are we don't know what a good option is for either! I would really appreciate any feedback and if you're a Cabo Del Sol bride any advice you have on keeping the costs lower would be appreciated! Thanks ladies :)

Hey there,

I'm a destination wedding photographer based out of Vancouver. I was just browsing the site and somehow bumped into your post. Thought I would reach out to you and see if you are searching for a wedding photographer.

I'm actually part of the preferred photographers from Wedluxe Magazine (http://wedluxe.com/service/vendor-locations). These are amongst the best wedding photographers in Canada. My work has also been published in Style Me Pretty and Destination I Do Magazine.  If you are interested in my work, I'll be more than happy to customize a package for you.

My email is [email protected] (www.kentanphoto.com is my website).

Good luck on your wedding planning again :)

-Ken

I've had Cabo del Sol's buffet style brunch during my site visit to Cabo del Sol, and will say it's delicious!! Their mimosas too! Perhaps Luz can help you set up the morning after brunch for your guests? That would be a great option! If wanting to head "into town" the morning after the wedding for a bite to eat, then Soloman's Landing is a good option. They have a very large breakfast menu!

As for rehearsal dinner, it will depends if you are going for an elegant evening? Or a casual "night out on the town feel" - we opted for a casual fiesta themed rehearsal dinner at Mi Casa in downtown Cabo San Lucas. I loved the atmosphere at Hacienda Cocina y Cantina, Edith's was good too - but during my site visit, I fell in love with the food at Mi Casa.

If shooting for a more elegant evening along the water, and closer to Cabo del Sol then I would highly recommend Sunset Mona Lisa! Gorgeous views! The food isn't the greatest italian food but the views really are top notch!
