@@snswedding2016 OMG Steph they've quoted me $2500 to hang these lights on the Sky Deck. Obviously that isn't in the budget. If they come down to a reasonable price I'll be in touch

@@ashhtayy that's crazy!!! Where did you want to hang them? I know that @@TinkerSofi had lights on the gazebo and I'm pretty sure it was just part of her overall set up cost.

@@snswedding2016 They just wrote me back again saying "this will be quoted on site, disregard the $2500 fee". I'll look back on @@TinkerSofi 's thread and see if I can find the cost.

Makes sense! haha. That was my dilemma as well with Beach Palace and the Sky Deck. There were no supporting beams/poles to hang lights so they would have had to install tensors. Although I must say I wasn't quoted anything close to that! wowza

@@ashhtayy will do! Ya that price is insane!! Keep me posted.  The onsite team is great and if it is easy enough to hang your lights where you want them, I don't think they will charge you extra. I don't think you can hang them overhead of the sky deck but around the gazebo for sure and maybe along the sides.

 

@ before the garden at Azul Fives was paved they had grass and we would have had to rent the lighting poles. They were expensive but not crazy like $2500. I'm so happy that they paved it and we could use the existing trees - definitely worked to our advantage!

I think I paid $300 or 350 for set up costs. I can put one hell of a christmas lights display for $2500 here at home haha. 

 

I had a lot of decor, but what brings up the set up fee is if they have to hang anything, rather than if they just need to put things on tables and stuff like that. I still don't regret it though

@@snswedding2016 Can I rent the medium votive and large pillar LED candles from you? I'm sure we can arrange a pick-up / drop-off at some point over the next 3 weeks
