Last Anniversary Before Saying I Do

@@Wafflesmom Thank you!!! It was a great way to spend our last official dating anniversary    We're going for dinner in a couple weeks but I'm so glad we both felt like we should do something on the day as well.

That's awesome @@deecol. For our last anniversary before the wedding, we were out for dinner and our first dance song, Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran played in the radio. I got super excited lol. I wanted to change our song now that it's overplayed but Der says we can't, we have memories with it now. Lol

@@Wafflesmom Awwww absolutely - it has sentimental value now!

 

We were going to use that song as well for our first dance but may change because of the amount of times it's played on the radio.  My Zia emailed me the link about a week after we got engaged and was like "I think about you and Colin every time I hear this!"  It's so beautiful though we just might go for it anyway.  Great choice!

@@deecol I had no idea it would get so played out when we initially picked it last year. When I told Derrick that I wanted to change it, he actually got upset. He usually doesn't care about things like that but he says it now means something to him because he thinks of us when he hears the song. How can I say no to that!

 

And I agree, it is still a great song. You and I chose a great song

@ my sister is the opposite. She keeps telling me to change it since it's so overplayed. I told her we weren't going to change it so she doesn't say anything anymore

Maybe it's a sign we should just do it anyway. It still gives me chills when I hear it.
