Help Deciding Where!

So I'm completely overwhelmed by the choices of where... Nothing seems to be falling together to be the place for our wedding.

If any of you ladies could help me out that would be great!

Looking for a place with:

-good scuba diving

- amazing beach

- kids club - baby club would be even better but not mandatory

- can't be a beaches resort (too expensive)

Have you considered The Riviera maya area? especially because everything here is close to each other.
