Out Of Town Bags - Documentation

Hey All,

 

We are making out of town bags for out 60+ guests. We would like to include some documentation such as a welcome letter, itinerary, map of the resort, etc. We are getting married at Dreams Riviera Cancun.

 

Has anyone made these documents? If so, do you have a template for what you have made? We have done a ton of the computer work ourself but I would like to cut the corner on this.

I did a pre travel brochure that I sent out beforehand, But it can give you some ideas -- it's in my planning thread below I'll find the exact link when I'm on my pc. You can also search welcome letter or welcome Brochure and you should find lots. That's where I got the majority of my ideas. Then I made one on vistaprint . Good luck!!

I found some great ones on Etsy...I believe I searched for "welcome bag letters".  I will be ordering mine from there once all of my details are in place

I made a brochure and included all of the above. It cut down on printing and paper costs combining it into 1!
