@@pddcmc That is sooooo cute! I love it. How are you planning on getting the letters to the guests when they arrive? Will the front desk be handing it out? That's the part I'm just figuring out. if I should mail things to someone's home or not. Or wait until they get there to spread the word. Love it!

We are putting the letters inside our welcome gifts - we are giving double wall insulated cups (full of other 'goodies') that guests can reuse at the bar, instead of those tiny, flimsy plastic cups they put your drink in.

I did a pre-travel brochure I sent out 2.5 months in advance. 

I also had it listed on our wedding webpage and 2 days before we flew out I sent a mass email just confirming all the dates and times of the important events.    The email was probably the largest factor in people attending our welcome drinks because it would have been the last read before leaving!

I also included it in our website, in a pre-travel letter, and in the itinerary in the welcome bag. We handed out our bags at the check-in event though, so they had a chance to see it before the event.

Everyone is arriving Thursday, so we are going to meet people at the bar at a certain time and pass them out then.
