Meet The Guests Template For Welcome Bags

I've decided to add a meet the guests cheat sheet to put in the welcome bags. I am having each person's name, relation to bride/groom, and city.

 

Right now, I have made the sheet in Word but I think there may be something better. Does anyone have a template?

 

I've searched the forums and see really old posts but wondering if anyone had anything more up to date.

I borrowed one from a past bride but didn't end up using it - ran out of time. After the fact I wish I had so they could have used them to record room numbers (it was needed lol). I don't have it anymore though, sorry. It was @@tygrrlily who shared it. My recommendation though will all those pics is to use publisher. I found word harder to manipulate even with her template already done. Good luck.
