@@calgarybride2015 lol it's ok no one is really using the group....I find the MFP groups hard to use but it's nice to have everyone as friends and motivators. I'm starting back up tomorrow! I've been on a hiatus from MFP...turns out I have literally no iron...on supplements now so I'm starting to get some energy back...it's hard to stay motivated normally as it is cuz I'm lazy but this really takes the cake! I feel like I just work, eat and sleep....hey your a nurse right? any suggestions?!

I was using MFP in the summer and lost 10lbs. Since stopping I gained 5 back. Best app ive seen for weight loss but hard to stay motivated.

 

Like a few other brides said, I have found it easier to shed the lbs by tracking food intake rather than working out. I'm at the gym 3-4 days per week; that's helping with toning but the lbs only dropped while using MFP.

Weight loss is definately 80% diet :) Toning will make you look better when the lbs are shed. I've put on about 20 since I got engaged - coming from a large loss of over 100lbs it's scary I can't get my act together. (About 15 over comfort zone. 6 ish pre wedding and 10 after in this I don't have rules honeymoon phase lmao). Clothes are snug and I feel gross. Time to get it together. We can keep eachother motivated.

@ I restarted again today...I've already eaten most of my calories for the day! I guess I gotta exercise big time after work! Gotta get used to eating smaller amounts again or make better choices!
