We are only doing a Symbolic Ceremony at the resort and plan to get married officially in Virginia right before. I am not sure if we need to bring any additional paperwork with us to Mexico since it is just symbolic.

So 28 days to go and I'm trying to select our menu. We're not super excited about the choices for the gold package though. @@SusanMarie813 what'd you go with? Ladies?

 

They make this so complicated when you can't taste this stuff first!!!!

The food was excellent. Everyone said it was very good. I had a personally different menu for myself because I have major food allergies.

 

I can tell you all the restaurants everything was excellent.

@@mexiwedding Yanin just emailed me that she needs our menu ASAP and that typically it has to be done 30 days prior.

5:00 - 5:30 Ceremony

5:30 - 5:35 Mingling photos / Congratulations photos

5:35 - 5:45 Group photo

5:45 - 6:10 Family formal portraits

6:00 – Cocktail Hour

6:10 - 6:30 Wedding Party photos

6:30 - 7:00 Bride and Groom (hotel premises)

7:00 Dinner

7:00 - 7:30 Bride and Groom (beach session)

@@SusanMarie813 how was the resort with accommodating your food allergy? I have a guest who's super concerned about that abd I'm not sure if I should email someone to address it before hand or just wait til we get there? Thoughts?

For me very accommodating. They have GF options all over. And they had a special meal ready for me. Send your coordinator an email mine took care of it for the wedding and welcome party. Of course everything else was my responsibility at the restaurants to tell them.
