Attached are all the files I have from all the Finest Vendors.

We are using Beach Studios but for a separate event.  Not the Wedding I have my friend who is a photographer he is a guest and he is doing the wedding and all the parties.

The Extra Decor file is for the table and chairs.  I got the wood tables and the wood chairs.  No table cloths.  I purchased burlap runners on my own from my wholesale company.

Flowers I am not using because I did not want to spend extra money for my bridal party.  I did the real touch flowers from etsy and totally love everything she did for me.  They were $15 each and the girls can take them home.  I will use the corsages for the parents from the floral company.

Spa menu is attached as well.

I am working on my welcome brochures once I have them done I will post.

Planning on including the map.

They were offering a promo during my booking for a Las Dunas Lights Up Reception package, not sure if it's still available or not but doesn't hurt to ask...it includes what's listed in the photo above soon charge for tables and linens, dance floor, special lighting and 2 hours of free DJ service. Not sure about the up charge after 20 ppl as we are still collecting rsvp's but only looking at a group of 25-30 ppl.

I only sent out one invite since I booked in Feb and the wedding is in September.  I was going to send out a separate thing to everyone who booked but decided against it.  Saved money spent it somewhere else.  Figured just doing the Itin in there bags.

I didnt do a save the date.

Hmmmmm

I did the save the date email through my TA:

DestinationWeddings.com

But have been on the fence about other official invites or whatever. Though about just sending the booked guests some DIY cute luggage tags instead maybe.

That is what I used for the STD as well.  I am using Destinationweddings.com as well.  Been really good to work with no issues at all.

As far as wedding details you get assigned a coordinator at the resort and you can ask them all the questions.  The TA was great for the reservations, and all of the bookings and air stuff.  The site was perfect also for people to book.

Karilyn is my specialist.

My specialist is Debbie and same experience.....no problems! They are super helpful!!

I haven't begun much correspondence with the resort other than signing a contract for/nailing down the date, reception and wedding locations, and the package I'm using. Now all the fun details are next and that seems to be the overwhelming part! Lol

@@SusanMarie813 playaweddings was my videographer. we checked out a few and he was our favorite by far. very happy with how the highlight video turned out. also, i did use the hair sylist there and was really happy with my hair. i did a trial run in march and thought it was just okay, but in may for the actual wedding, it turned out even better. i didn't use them for makeup though.

also, i did do formal invitations that i sent out three months before the wedding. we did an electronic save the date with our website info six months beforehand. by the time i sent out the actual invites, a lot of people had booked or let us know they were coming, so the actual invites + posted reply cards are somewhat of a formality, but i still wanted to do them. i'm a sucker for nice stationery though.

i'm glad you are having good experiences with destinationweddings.com i started out w/ them and had a series of bad experiences, so ended up giving up on them before i settled on the finest, getting my deposit back, and going with wendy from wright travel.

Thank you so much for all of this info! Is Alquimia Events on of Finest's inhouse vendors? Meaning one we can use without having to pay an outside vendor fee?
