We did Save the Dates in January (for our 10/17 wedding), formal invites were sent out in May & the RSVP deadline is 8/17. I am also a sucker for stationary. The funny thing now though is, all of my stationary is for the wrong hotel since we just got transferred into the Finest. LOL.

We are really happy with the switch though, My fiance LOVES the Sky Bar.

So far we have Button Up Photography for our photos/videos & Vo Evolution for our hair & make up (paying vendor fees for both )

I am also bringing several bits of decoration with us to save on the cost of renting items there.

Does anyone have a link to the resort photo/vid companies and links to outside companies of you chose someone else instead. Trying to really narrow this decision down so I can get an idea of what may or may not be added to my budget....

Beach Studio Photography is the in house you can google them they find up and have all the pricing.

For decor I only looked at in house I didn't want to pay vendor fees. Check other boards in Rivera area you may find some vendors. Or even in the reviews

here is our video highlight. you can get a sense of the hotel rooms, views, the resort, beach, etc. we are very happy w/ how it turned out and glad we decided to go w/ a videographer. you can see from the video that the beach goes up against the nature preserve, so it feels very private. posting on this site makes me relive the happy memories again. enjoy the memories and planning everyone!

Really nice guys, I met them and saw their work. For DJ, I'm using DJ Doremixx, I know someone who used him before and was happy with the service. Both are outside of the hotel vendor list.

And for anyone who might be interested, there is also a Cancun Brides facebook group that is a wealth of info. Lots of different resorts represented, but it's a place to chat with other destination wedding brides too.

Quick couple of questions:

1) How quickly does Teresa reply to your emails?

2) Is she the wedding coordinator or will I be assigned someone else as my date gets closer?

3) Is there a template of what information we need to decide on prior to getting to mexico (ie lines, flower selection, DJ)...I am want to make sure I am prepared with selections for any items.

I've been corresponding with Vivianna and she's quick maybe 2-3days max. Idk Teresa. She did send me a long form/template but I can't seem to get it to attach ? Anyone else have it??

Theresa is about a week. Back in June they just switched me to someone else I didn't ask to change. Luzdary is my coordinator now she answers every few days. But a week many people said is standard. I kept an email in my drafts so when she responded i had another email already ready to go.
